The ZSS offers a Classic Direct Carve Custom Seating System to address pressure management and to manage unique contours, asymmetries, and abnormalities.

Certified Adaptive has updated this proven classic custom seating system style by offering several base layer foam choices to drastically reduce weight, increase air flow, and select foam densities to properly manage each patient's unique seating needs.

Our manufacturing capabilities provide the ability to capture deep contours and laterals offering increased stability and control. The ZSS offers lateral reinforcement options as well as a variety of fabric cover options.

ZSS Custom Seats and Backs can be purchased separately or combined into one system. ZSS also offers removable covers with material choices, choice of attachment hardware, and a trial fit option for complex situations.

Our Certified Adaptive App allows for a Turn Key ordering process. Simply scan the mold, complete the order form, capture any necessary client/mold pictures, then choose to make, draw, and annotate pictures before submitting simultaneously in the App. Accomplish the Shape Capture process using Certified's Z-Axis Scanners. Any desired modifications can be selected and achieved through Z-Axis Technology.

ZSS Custom Seats and Backs can be backed with Plywood or ABS Plastic with T-Nut configuration of your choice, or with solid seat back or seat pans. T-Nut configurations can be selected or drawn to fit a custom configuration. ZSS Custom Seats and Backs have Flush Mount Options with a variety of mounting kits.
