Certified Adaptive is proud to offer all of our custom products through a clinical model where our experienced Certified Orthotists and Seating Technicians work with your Physician, PT/OT, ATP and DME company to coordinate evaluation, shape capture, final delivery, and integration into your wheelchair base(s).
The clinical model is provided on site where we have local patient care facilities, or hold regular outreach clinics. If you do not fall into one of our clinical areas we will coordinate travel arrangements where you can come in to us in Fort Collins, Colorado and we will go from initial evaluation, shape capture, to final product in a few days' time while you are on site!
We are happy to come to your site, or see you in one of our patient care facilities in the following areas: Denver Metro, Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs, Southern Wyoming, Casper Wyoming, and Western Nebraska. (If you do not see your area and feel an outreach clinic would fit your community, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will consider establishing an outreach clinic in your area.)
If you are a patient and/or professional outside our local area, we offer the full clinical model at our Fort Collins, Colorado location which is home to our main patient care center right beside our manufacturing facility. We will help coordinate your travel and while you or your client is here, we will go from initial evaluation to completed and integrated custom seating system in a few days' time. Many professionals and clients have taken advantage of this opportunity when unique or complex situations need to be addressed.
